“This still hurts my heart to this day🥺Justin was such a kind soul, respectful to everyone he came an across and always had the biggest smile on his face. I was in the Symphony of Soul Marching Band with him at Bowie State. I was on the color guard flag team and his section was our brother section so we always used to look out for him and check on him whenever we could. I’m glad that I got to know him while he was here and I pray that he is having the best time up there with our lord and savior.”
