She was predeceased by: her husband William F. Kearns; and her parents, Edward Gibbs and Alba Gibbs. She is survived by: her siblings, Diane C. Grim of Olney, MD, Edward C. Gibbs, Jr. of Rockville, MD, Elaine M. Gibbs of Washington, DC, Susan Linn of Wilmington, NC and Jean M. Hubbell of Fairfax Station, VA.. She is also survived by 10 nieces and nephews, and several great-nieces and nephews; Stepchildren.
