She was predeceased by: her father John Walker. She is survived by: her husband Edward; her children, Drew John, Virginia (Ginny), Rose and Dale; her mother Carol Bosch; and her siblings, Rob and Elizabeth. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins in her extended family.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society (cancer.org) in Katy's name or another loved one's. VISITATION WILL BE HELD AT 2:30 PM IN LIEU OF FLOWERS, MEMORIALS MAY BE MADE TO THE AMERICAN CANCER SOCIETY (CANCER.ORG) IN KATHY'S NAME OR ANOTHER LOVED ONE'S.
