With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Kay Frances Miller of Washington, District of Columbia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 20, 2025 at the age of 79. As Kay departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Kay. Though Kay may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harley Worley Norman and Sarah Diggs; and her brother Verline Norman McCorkle (Hubert). She is survived by: her children, Timmy Nixon and Dottie Kane; her brother Worley Norman Jr. (Denise); and her aunt Kay. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
A wake will be held on Monday, November 3rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the March Life Tribute Center - Randallstown (5616 Old Court Rd, Windsor Mill, MD 21244). A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 3rd 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
