It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kenneth J Luchs (Washington, District of Columbia), who passed away on July 29, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Elizabeth "Dolly" Luchs and Frank J. Luchs; his wife Susan; his children, Jay of Los Angeles, CA and Julie Smigel (Stephen) of New York City, NY; his grandsons, Harrison and Logan Smigel; his sister Joan LeBauer (Samuel); and his sister-in-law Penelope Suritz. He was also cherished by two nieces and a nephew.
