She was predeceased by: her parents, Ellsworth K. Lewis and Rachel Shaw-Lewis; and her sister Roslyn Day-Palmer. She is survived by: her siblings, Valerie Brooks, Carolyn Chancey, Bernard Day and David Shaw; and her siblings-in-law, Hampton Brooks, Paul Chancey, Donna Day and Kelly Shaw. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and a host of relatives and close friends.
Following her kidney transplant, Kim developed a deep appreciation for organ donation and became an advocate for its life-changing impact.
