He was predeceased by: his parents, George Lowell Fuller and Pearl Marie Mosher; his stepmother Nettie Lee Fuller; his brother Dee; his sister-in-law GeorgAnna Fuller; and his stepsiblings, Gary Fuller and Zoe Ann Spriet (Harley).
He is survived by: his wife Linda; his son Lowell Fuller (Lori); his grandson Adam Todd Spotz; and his great grandchild Ollie Ann Hepworth.
