He was predeceased by: his brother Reginald Smith Sr.. He is survived by: his daughters, Tracy Rochelle and Cheryl Rebecca Smith; his wife Diana W. Smith of Washington; and his siblings, Arnita Martin of Washington, D. C., Beverly Smith (Ron) of Brentwood, MD, Melvin Smith, Tyrone Smith (Sheila) of Burtonsville, MD and Keith Smith (Linda) of Atlanta, GA.. He is also survived by in-laws, nephews, nieces, family, friends and neighbors.
