Lizabeth Emily Cline Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Lizabeth Emily Cline of Washington, District of Columbia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 30, 2025 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband William R. Cline; her parents, Robert J. Rose and Glendora Rose Schnizer; and her sister JoAnn Phipps. She is survived by: her daughter Ashli E. Cline of Ashburn, Virginia; her brother Robert G. Rose (Marie) of Ocean Pines, Maryland.; her significant other John Kelly; her partner's children, Carrie Kelly (Peggy Redmon) and Keith Kelly (Kathryn Crone); and also, Bryce W. Tucker and Jack Kelly. She is also survived by her beautiful extended family, including loving cousins, nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, tribute donations may be made to the American Heart Association.
