She is survived by: her husband John Mumaw of Harrington, DE; her children, John-Paul Mumaw of Florida, Ember Moldakhanova of Lynchburg, Virginia and Hyatt Mumaw of Harrington, DE.; and her grandchildren, Kayla Mumaw, Kaleb Moldakhanov, Mariam Moldakhanova, Azalea Moldakhanova, Aslan Moldakhanov and Willow Smith.

Lorie is a longtime supporter of St. Jude's and the family requests that donations be made to St. Jude's in lieu of flowers.
