She was predeceased by: her parents, John Raymond Smith and Lora Scott Smith; her husband George Dixon Marshall; and her siblings, Lagrant Smith and Justine Scott-Leath.

She is survived by: her children, Byron Cordell Marshall (Anoa), Bruce Alan Marshall (Stephanie) and Stephanie Marie Marshall; and her sister Rose Edward-Thomas. She is also survived by ten grandchildren, nine great grandchildren.

Donations in memory of Lorna Marshall can be sent to Saint Paul Baptist Church.
