With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Louberta Moseley (Washington, District of Columbia), who passed away on September 9, 2025 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Samuel Moseley; her son James Thomas; and her great grandchild Kiona Chambliss. She is survived by: her children, Gwendolyn Moseley Coleman (Larry), Clarence E. Moseley, Lynda Wellington (late Eric Wellington) and Kenneth Warren; her stepson Samuel Gorham Sr. (Patricia); her grandchildren, Detrice Petty (Thomas), Samuel Gorham Jr. (Taushal), Marlene Coleman Hardemon (David), Veronica Chambliss, Lucianna "Keisha" Roach-Smith (Demetrick), James Garland, Robyn Poole (Osagie), Chris Coleman (Yanires), SeKeithia Johnson, Brandon Coleman (Charlii), Eric Wellington Jr. (Bianca) and Lynise Headen (Keauntae); and her great grandchildren, DaeQuan Roach (Kaila), Derrell Roach, Devonte Roach, Jhoneice Roach, J'Naiah Young, Carmelo Young, Shalene Garland, Amaia Depestre, Lyric Johnson-Taylor, Kylei Scott-Coleman, Zhoii Middleton, Jayden Coleman, Liberty Johnson-Taylor, Luna Wellington, Micah Igbineweka, Zahmir Wellington, Zion Wellington, Rorii Coleman, KeiShad McCray, Novii Coleman and Mena Coleman. She is also survived by other relatives and dear friends.

Visitation will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Dupont Park Sda Church (3985 Massachusetts Ave SE, Washington, DC 20019). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
