She was predeceased by: her parents, John Fields and Georgia Mikeal Taylor Fields; and her husband Samuel Ridley. She is survived by: her children, Wanda of Maryland, Karen of Maryland, Lorinda of Maryland and Samuel Jr. of Ohio; her grandchildren, Kendra, India, Chauncey, R'Shaan and Ayana; and her goddaughter Desedra Hailes. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, friends.
