She is survived by: her brother Bill; her spouse Colonel Joseph Fell; her daughter Stacey Fell Milne; her son-in-law Andrew Milne; her granddaughter Caroline Milne; and her sibling's children, Scott Thayer (Carol), Betsy Thayer Butzer (Albert), Susan Fell Mahoney (Jim) and John Fell (Heather).
In lieu of flowers, donations in Marcia's memory may be made to Westminster Presbyterian Church in Buffalo, New York.
