With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mary Frances Oneal of Washington, District of Columbia, who passed away on August 6, 2023 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Valentine Williams and Frances Williams; her brother Barry Williams; her granddaughter Jennifer Logan Harrison; and her great grandchildren, Lily Hecker and Leon Hecker.
She is survived by: her children, Martha Ann Townsend (Chris Townsend), Trevor, Laura Lovely and Megan O'Neal Thornton (Blake Thornton); her granddaughter Cameron Thornton; her siblings, Pat Williams, Johnny Williams, Diane and Christine; and her husband Michael Simms O'Neal.
