We are sad to announce that on March 13, 2024 we had to say goodbye to Maxine V. Hammons of Washington, District of Columbia, born in Marmaduke, Arkansas. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert McNeely and Anna McNeely (Watson); and her children, Charles Hammons, Dee Hammons Jr., Barbara Evans, Sandra Aker and Phyliss Hoviak.

She is survived by: her son Paul Hammons (Darlene) of South Bend. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, and many great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Maxine's name may be made to St. Jude Catholic.
