He was predeceased by: his parents, Betsy Diggs and Frank Diggs; and his wife Lucille. He is survived by: his son Reginald; his siblings, William, John, James, Winfred, Sarah, Estelle, Josephine, Betty and Dorothy; his children, Donna Diggs of Washington, DC, LaGrand Diggs (Antika) of Bowie, MD, Darlene Workcuff (Vincent) of Waldorf, MD and Melva Cramer (Johnson) of Upper Marlboro, MD; and his great grandchild Doris Taylor. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the First Baptist Church (712 Randolph St NW, Washington, DC 20011). A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM. A burial will be held on Friday, August 15th 2025 at 2:30 PM.
