She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude Joseph O'Hara and Grace Belle Bernice O'Hara (Johnson); her husband Arthur; her son Kevin Arthur; and her siblings, Claude, Vincent, Billy O'Hara and Grace O'Connell.
She is survived by: her children, Kathy, Stephen, Brian, Joseph, Eric and Keith; her daughters-in-law, Lilian, Liana, Tracey, Mary and Claudia; and her grandchildren, Michael, Joshua, Matthew, Kristin, Zachary, Michele, Allison, Lydia, Kaitlin and Ryan. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
