With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Nancy Lee Keshishian (Washington, District of Columbia), who passed away on February 17, 2025 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

As Nancy Lee departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Nancy Lee may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Nancy Lee leaves behind.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Marjorie Peed Stuckey and Henry Mortimer Stuckey; and her son Jonathan Bradford Taishoff. She is survived by: her husband Dr. John M. Keshishian; her sons, Robert Taishoff of Annapolis and Randall Taishoff of Santa Fe; and her grandchildren, Sam of Maggie, CJ, Sol, Kai, Jackie, Jamey and Maks Taishoff.

“Lee won a beauty contest when she was 18 yrs old. I found this memory of her online of her being Miss Congeniality in this Bethesda Md contest. I bought this photo for her about 10 years ago and sent it to her as a special gift. She was very appreciative. I will never forget my best childhood friend. I am fully confident she is with her LORD & Savior Jesus Christ for all eternity. I have been texting her up until a month ago when her texts stopped. I found out she passed 2/27/25 online .”

My heart ❤️ is heavy hearing of the passing of my very best childhood friend- Nancy Lee Stuckey - next door to me on 32nd Place in Chevy Chase - Wash DC. Lee & brother Hank (whom I had a secret crush on) and I had snow ball fights with her and Priscilla & Joy Marks and Hank against the “good humor man!” Lee and I shared many secrets together. . We walked to Roosevelt Elementary School together.”
