He is survived by: his parents, John Bergquist and Sonja Bergquist; his brother David; his sister-in-law Shannon; and his nieces and nephews, Addison and Lincoln. He is also survived by his four grandparents; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family members, and many dear friends.
