She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred and Phyllis. She is survived by: her husband Evan R. Berlack; her sister Mary Consoli of Roswell, GA; her grandchildren, Thomas and Charles Berlack; Andrew Berlack of Waterford, VA and Kenneth Berlack (Kathryn Coleman) of Ellicott City, MD. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
