He is survived by: his sons, Ralph Keith Flanigan (Gwendolyn), Shamar and Shannon Winslow; his grandchildren, Keith, Kayla, Natalie, Alexandra, Shamar Jr., London, Khyree and Yazmin; his sister Hattie Flanigan; and his nephew Sean Flanigan.
