He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman F. Holloway and Vannie Holloway Downs; his siblings, Larry Holloway, Steven Holloway and Sheila H. Briscoe; and his son Cameron Clayton.
He is survived by: his siblings, Alvin Holloway (Sharon) and Kathy Holloway Mims (Quentin); his children, Veronica Powell Shuford (Fred), April H. Davis (Jonathan), Lea H. Ferrell, Ray M. Holloway Jr., Dameion Clayton (Myiah) and Bryan Holloway (Sasha); his grandchildren, Marvin Hollin (Brita), Evans Holloway (Marcea), Cameron Clayton Jr., Fred E. Shuford III (Trey), Christian Shuford, Cameron Lee, Kamaria Ruffin, Dylan Clayton, Ephraim Holloway, Olivia Holloway, Faith Holloway, Bryson Ferrell and Jah'Zhier Holloway; his great grandchild Evans Holloway Jr.; and his former wives, Neola Holloway Mays and Paulette Holloway Rush.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 10th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the March Life Tribute Center (7601 Sandy Spring Rd, Laurel, MD 20707). A wake was held on Friday, December 12th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Morning Star Baptist Church (19121 Brandon Rd, Spring Grove, VA 23881). A celebration of life was held on Friday, December 12th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
