“My sincere condolences to Shauna and the children. As a Nurse Manager, I worked with Ray at the Psychiatric Institute of Montgomery County, to include its opening in 1981. We also became friends, & with our spouses, shared wonderful dinners together. Ray also helped me put into perspective the care treatment that we provide provided to countless patients over the years. He helped me recognize this wealth of services and resources that we offered to patients, especially those with dual diagnoses.”
