He is survived by: his wife Judith Sugarman; his children, Kenneth Sugarman (Tommy Llewellyn) and Caryn Sugarman Stein; his grandchildren, Jessica Stein DeGirolamo (TJ DeGirolamo) and Brett Stein; his sister Elsa Weinstein; his son-in-law Bill Stevens; and his sibling's children, Jill Weinstein Finci, Phil Weinstein, Bram Weinstein, Cheryl Burke and David Norris. He is also survived by spouses and many great-nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to a charitable organization of one's choice in Richard's memory.
