He is survived by: his sons, Rob Blair and Thomas Blair; his daughters-in-law, Caitlin Sanford and Jennifer Blair; and his siblings, Catherine Cartledge, Pearl Harrell and David Blair (Patti Blair). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
The family requests that, in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Ossie S. and Thomas F. Blair Memorial Scholarship or the Howard D. Mast Memorial Scholarship.
