He is survived by: his wife Katherine Cunningham (Teresa); his stepchildren, Broderick (Deborah), Ashby and Teresa Smart (Susie); his sibling's children, Monica, Johnell and Calvin; and his great-nephews, Anthony and Micheal Cunningham. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
