He was predeceased by: his mother Cecille Foster; his wife Virginia Nabinett; his mother-in-law Pauline E. Nabinett; his siblings, Denise Nabinett, Kim Nabinett and Demond Foster; his grandson Carlos Price; and his uncle James Nabinett, Sr..
He is survived by: his father John Ellis Nabinett, Sr.; his uncle Joseph A. Nabinett; his siblings, Guy Edward Foster, John E. Nabinett, Jr. and Yuneek E. Nabinett-Johnson (Wayne, Sr.); his children, Crystal Price, LaShawn Gross, Michelle Williams (Darron), Sherron Greene (James F. Jr.), Ronnie Nabinett-Artis (Keith) and Rodney M. Nabinett, II (Denice); his in-laws, Willie Powell, Sr. (Hattie), James Powell, Jr. (Deidra), Georgia Wilson (Clifford, Sr.), Bobby Powell, Sr. (Kattie), Jimmy Powell, Sr. (Harriet), Valerie Lenyear (James), Theresa Marrow (Mark, Sr.) and Lavell Powell (Adrianne); and his close friend Hemsley. He is also survived by grandchildren and twelve (12) great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 4th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at 4308 Suitland Rd, Hillcrest Heights, MD 20746. A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
