He is survived by: his wife Carmen Torruella-Quander; his children, Iliana, Rohulamin II and Fatima (William F. Bryant, III); his grandchild Egypt Quander Crenshaw; his siblings, Joherra Harris, John Quander (Teri) and Ricardo Quander (Angela); and his godchild Omega Psi Phi. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives.
