She is survived by: her son Derrick Turner (Roslyne); her grandchildren, Brooke, Derrick II and Lauren; her great grandchild Lane Lawson; her siblings, Edna Ross-Dickens and Eugene Holmes (Margaret); and her godson Dwaine Ross. She is also survived by loving relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the First Baptist Church (712 Randolph St NW, Washington, DC 20011). A funeral service will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 at the Fort Lincoln Cemetery (3401 Bladensburg Rd, Brentwood, MD 20722).
