“I first met Roslyn in Haiti in the late 70s, then worked with her on many World Bank missions to Morocco and Indonesia in the 1980s. She was a great colleague: charming, witty, undaunted by crises, loved by colleagues and counterparts, and always cheerful and upbeat. I last saw her and Donal at their place in Spoleto in 2016. I shall miss her, but always remember her as the positive, joyful spirit that she was. Michael Mertaugh, Portland Maine”
