He was predeceased by: his parents, Grover Cleveland Frazier and Sarah Leah Reed; his wife Marilyn Elizabeth Cougler Bouldin; and his daughter Melissa. He is survived by: his children, Deborah Bouldin Culpepper (Jack), Lisa Frazier, Reed Frazier (Kathy) and Mark Frazier; and his grandchildren, Elizabeth Culpepper, Donald Culpepper (Jodi) and Matthew Frazier (Erin).

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Maryland Youth Pipe Band.
