With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Rubell Bing of Washington, District of Columbia, born in Rocky Mount, North Carolina, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lonnie Moody and Alberta Green Moody; and her husband Alex Bing. She is also survived by her four children, five grandchildren, siblings, extended family, and many friends.
