She was predeceased by: her parents, John Martin Conn and Thelma Edna Conn (Layne); her daughter Lucille Melinda Cicero; and her former husband Dr. Joseph Edward Cicero of Newark, NJ. She is survived by: her children, Michael Cicero (Laura Jehl), Nancy (Louis Morsberger) and Drs; and her husband Navy.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Shrine of the Most Blessed Sacrament (5949 Western Ave, Washington, DC 20015). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
