She is survived by: her children, Sharolyn Iman Hyson and Gregory James Hyson; her parents, James E. Rosier of Augusta, Georgia. and Vivian P. Rosier of Augusta, GA; her siblings, Deidra R. Walker (James A.) of Denver, CO and James D. Rosier (Arnita) of Norfolk, VA; her aunt Charlene Bryant of Augusta, GA; and her siblings' children, Jamilia L. Walker of Oxon Hill, MD and Jaron A. Walker of Augusta, GA. She is also survived by cousins and friends.

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to Susan G. Komen Foundation in memory of Sharolyn Ann Rosier Hyson.
