It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sharon Phillips (Washington, District of Columbia), born in New York, New York, who passed away on January 20, 2026, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Though Sharon may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the memories held dear by her family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, William Joseph Phillips, Sr. and Pansy Poindexter Phillips; and her brother William J. Phillips, Jr.. She was also cherished by many extended family members and dear friends.
