She was predeceased by: her parents, James H. Parson Sr. and Doris Watlington; and her brothers, James Henry Parson Jr. and Robert Trenton Parson. She is survived by: her daughter Sonija T'aira Parson; her son-in-law Bernardo Díaz Morales; her grandsons, Emilio James Parson Díaz and Nicolás Elijah Parson Díaz; and her nephews, Adrian and Andre Parson.
