She was predeceased by: her son William Milton (Mamie Collins Owens); her siblings, Roy, Mable, Reatha Mae, Willie, Robert (John William Scott), Wallace, Charlie and Moses; and her son Thomas L. Saunders (Tom).
She is survived by: her granddaughter Carma Burgess; and her great grandchild Gabriel Owens Burgess. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and coworkers.
