It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Therrell Smith of Washington, District of Columbia, who passed away on December 15, 2025, at the age of 108, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Dr. Thomas Smith and Birdie C. Smith; her sisters, Mathilde Gray (James), Marion Smith Haynes (Robert) and Jusouida Melva Brown (Donald); her brother-in-law John Roland Wood; her nephews, James C. Gray, Jr. and Thomas Brown; and her niece Lynda Morris Thomas.
She is survived by: her sister Johanna Smith Wood; and her nieces and nephews, William Donald Brown III of Michelle Brown, M. D., Barbara J. Brown, Gregory Kent Haynes, Stephanie Matson (Ollie), Gina Haynes-Sanders and David Keith Morris. She is also survived by great-nieces and nephews, great-grandnieces and a great-grandnephew, many other relatives, special friends.
