He was predeceased by: his parents, Mabel Brown Cooke and George Cooke. He is survived by: his wife Julie Cooke; his sons, Bradley (Krista Mantsch) and Matthew (Nora); his granddaughters, Leyla and Rüya; and his brother G. Dennis Cooke (Barbara Andreas). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Donations in Tom's memory are suggested for St. John's Church Georgetown in support of the the Santa Lucia Clinic in Protección, Santa Barbara, Honduras; The Wendt Center for Loss and Healing; and Doctors Without Borders.
