He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Frekko and Gizelle Csutak Frekko; and his wife Gertrude Dearie Frekko. He is survived by: his children, Matthew (Katherine Frekko), Kathleen (Christopher Farrell), Ann (Christopher Raffo), Mary (Nicholas Kilavos) and John (Kelly Frekko).

“I am so sorry to hear of the passing of Dr. Frekko, I always asked how he was doing whenever I went to see his daughter and my Primary Doctor Mary. I was always pleased how thorough Mary is when I go for my six month checkup which I believe will be in December. I was unable to attend the memorial service due to another commitment. May Dr. Frekko Rest in Peace and love goes out to the entire family. Ken Freeman”
