He was predeceased by: his parents, Pasquale and Benigna; and his siblings, Emil "Bud" Mazzarella and Alba Logan. He is survived by: his wife Christine Wells; his daughters, Laura Mazzarella, Julie Geredien and Lilianna Mazzarella; and his grandchildren, Sarah and Max Eichorn.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Holy Rosary Catholic Church (595 3rd St NW, Washington, DC 20001). A reception will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial contribution in David Mazzarella's name could be made to a special organization of the donor's choosing.
