Kelley of Fort Washington, Maryland.; her sisters, Dedra Lynn Kelley Carr of Lithonia, Georgia and Carole Sue Kelley Downing (Simeon) of New Bern; and her cousins, Rhodia Ewell and Jackie Smith of Maryland. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family.
She took pride in her work and made meaningful contributions to the organizations and people she served.
