He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Leon Turner and Ida Mae Billups Turner; his son Vincent Donald Turner II; and his stepson R. Sterling Hughes. He is survived by: his wife Espanola Hughes Turner; his daughter Andrea Denise Turner; his siblings, Edward Turner (Gloria), Colson Turner (Velda), Frank Turner (Jackie), Larry Turner (Joy), Theodore Turner, Linwood Turner (Carol), Audrey Patrick (Keith), Deborah Inman (Willie), Sharon Foreman (Marvin) and Carole Wadley (Tom); and his stepchildren, Jon Hughes, E. Raynette Robinson-Hotten and Sheila T. Hughes. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
