He was predeceased by: his parents, John Stephen Lacey and Estelle Louise Farrell; his grandson Jonathan Lacey, Jr.; and his sister Patricia Vallandingham. He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline Lacey; his children, Jonathan Lacey (Casey) and Shannon Lacey (Justin) of Mechanicsville, MD; and his grandchildren, Kyle Bidwell, Owen Lacey, Hailey Bean, Douglas Harbold, Jr., Louise Lacey, Beau Bullis, Bodee Lacey, Stevie Lacey and Atlus Bullis.
