She was predeceased by: her parents, Cora Viola Couch and Ervin Edward Couch; her caregiver Nina Clark; and her brother James Mayfield. She is survived by: her husband Louis W. Horsey; her sons, Daniel Rollins, Nathaniel Rollins and Neuman Mason (Tenille Mason); her grandchildren, Carolyn Mason, Jaelen Rollins, Jakaria Rollins, Xavier Mason, Danielle Rollins and Daniel Rollins Jr.; her sisters, Linda James Junior and Nancy Davis; and her siblings' children, Walter Davis Jr., John Lindsey Junior, Karen Blake and Teniasha Mayfield.
