She was predeceased by: her parents, George J. Lawler and Anna Lawler (Hissner); her husband Edward R. Schmidt; and her siblings, Patricia and George Lawler.
She is survived by: her children, Debra Ryan (Jim) and Robert Schmidt (Gabby); her grandchildren, Michael, David Schmidt, Crystal Farren and Caitlin Ryan; her great grandchild Jalynn Farren; her brother James Lawler (Florence); and her sister-in-law MaryJo Lawler. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
