He is survived by: his wife Patty McMinds-Hopper; his daughters, Stephanie Hopper and Rachel Hopper; his stepdaughter Mindy Essick (Zach); his grandchildren, Julian, Carson and Silas; his brothers-in-law, George Vansant and Freddy McMinds (Dianne); his mother Pauline Hopper; his uncle Michael Hopper; and also Mia.
A funeral service was held on Sunday, July 13th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Newark Country Club (300 W Main St, Newark, DE 19711).
