He was predeceased by: his father Charles H. Lewis, Jr.. He is survived by: his mother Loretta "Lori" M. Jones (Andrew); his wife Rebecca Lewis (Padovani); his children, Kimberly Lewis, C. J. Lewis, Lilly Lewis, Arik Philhower and Lana Philhower; his siblings, Raymond Jones (Karly) and Kristin Jones; and his grandmother Lee Force.
