Hoffman, IV (NJ), Brittney Hoffman (CO) and Alexandra Hoffman (NC); his nephews, Eric Trent (DE), Matthew Scully and Ryan Alexander Scully; his great-nephew Casey Trent; his great-nieces, Lily Scully and Quinn Trent; his grandsons, Clark V and Owen; his mother-in-law Beverly Scullion (DE); his siblings-in-law, Lisa Coffey (Chuck), Becky Starkweather (David) and Phillip Rash; his children, Lori Oliver (Jonathan), Lorraine Reed (SC), Billy Oakes (Chelsea) and Jeremy Oakes; his grandchildren, Michael, Lexy, Bentley, Ryder and Novalee; and his pet Angel. He is also survived by numerous other nieces, nephews, and cousins.
